with exporting Percentage categories. And it double checks to make
sure you have rules defined for all of the Positions that are

into the percentages scored by each position.

logic to prevent certain categories (such as Points Against and
Yards Allowed) from being scored during gameday updates. These
categories will not be scored until the stats are finalized at the
end of the game. This will prevent situations where fantasy team
defenses get credit for a shutout as soon as the game starts and the
first preliminary stats are available.

the "Exclude Headers" layout option for several more
reports. This allows for better exporting to CSV files. Also changed
it so the option excludes all headers in the reports.
