FLM for Commissioners

FLM Version D.29 is now available.

Click on any either one of the available sites below to download FLM version D.29. Do not try to "Open" or "Run" it directly from this web site.  When you click on the link, choose the option to "Save" it to disk.  After the file is saved onto your hard drive, then double-click on the file to install it.

If you have the prior version of FLM already installed, then you can save some time by downloading the smaller Upgrade File.

* The Upgrade will ONLY work if you already have FLM Version D.26 or D.27 or D.28 installed on your PC.  If you have any earlier version installed then you will need to download and install the Full Version.  To check which version you have, run FLM on your computer and click on the "Help" menu and then click on "Version Information".
