You can send us email anytime.  We try to respond to all email messages in a very timely matter.  You should receive a response within 24 hours.  PLEASE help us by following these guidelines when sending email to us:

• Include your full name in all correspondence.

• When replying to a message from us, please include all previous message text in your reply so we can easily refer back to the previous conversation.  You may receive one message from us in a day, but we sometimes receive hundreds, so if you reply with one sentence, we don't necessarily know what you are referring to.

• If your problem requires us to look at how your league is setup, then please attach a copy of your league file to the message.  By default, it is "league.flm", but you can use the "Help > My League File" menu item to see exactly which file you need to attach.

• If you send a message to us and then figure out the answer right away, please send a follow up message to let us know.
